About
Bemfa Cloud syncs selected Home Assistant entities to the Bemfa cloud as TCP V2 devices. It lets those entities be controlled from the Bemfa cloud, and state changes in Home Assistant are pushed back to it. Control messages arrive over a long-lived TCP connection and are turned into Home Assistant service calls. Entity names, areas and room names are carried over to the Bemfa device nickname and room. Entities created by the BeHome integration are skipped, which avoids sync loops. Sign-in works with a Bemfa private key or through the vendor's own sign-in page, and the options include fan speed mapping for climate entities. It depends on the vendor's cloud and is set up in the UI.
