About
Shopping List with Grocy connects a Grocy shopping list to Home Assistant through to-do lists. Items marked done in a Home Assistant to-do list sync with Grocy, and with bidirectional sync turned on, items added in Home Assistant are matched to Grocy products. Matching handles accents and case, and a new product can be created when nothing matches. It also adds sensors for the product list and shopping list, a binary sensor showing when an update is running, and a switch that pauses synchronization. Actions cover suggesting a grocery list, refreshing products, and adding or removing products and updating notes. It talks to Grocy locally and is set up in the UI with the Grocy URL and an API key.
