About
Remote Calendar is a built-in integration that adds a calendar from a remote URL to Home Assistant. It creates calendar entities, and each calendar gets a name that is shown in the interface. Setup happens in the UI, where the calendar URL and a name are entered. Servers that protect the calendar can be reached with a username and password for HTTP Basic Authentication. An option controls whether the server's SSL certificate is verified, which can be turned off for self-signed or otherwise invalid certificates. A diagnostics file can be downloaded to attach to a bug report.
