About
OpenUV is a built-in Home Assistant integration that reports UV and ozone data from the OpenUV cloud service. It adds sensors for the current UV index, current UV level, maximum UV index and current ozone level. Separate sensors give a safe exposure time for each of the six skin types. A binary sensor shows whether the protection window is active, and the options let the starting and ending UV index for that window be changed. Setup is done in the UI with an API key, plus elevation, latitude and longitude. A diagnostics file can be downloaded to attach to a bug report.
