About

IronOS is a built-in Home Assistant integration for soldering irons running IronOS firmware. It communicates locally over Bluetooth and is set up in the UI, with the device found automatically on the network. It reports readings such as tip temperature, handle temperature, estimated power, operating mode, tip resistance and uptime, plus a binary sensor for the soldering tip. Numbers and selects cover settings like boost temperature, power limit, motion sensitivity, display brightness, temperature unit and power source. Switches toggle options such as boost, screen inversion and detailed idle or solder screens, while buttons save settings or restore the defaults. Update entities are also provided, and a diagnostics file can be downloaded for bug reports.
