About
Shell Command is a built-in Home Assistant integration for running shell commands from Home Assistant. It works locally and needs nothing beyond Home Assistant itself. Commands are defined in the configuration.yaml file. It adds a reload action that reloads the shell command configuration, so changes can be applied without a restart. If a command uses an action name that is reserved, the integration can show a notice under Settings, Repairs.
