About
GIOŚ is a built-in integration that reads air quality data from the Polish Chief Inspectorate of Environmental Protection. It adds sensors for the overall air quality index, benzene, nitrogen oxides, and separate indexes for nitrogen dioxide, ozone, PM10, PM2.5 and sulphur dioxide. Readings come from a measuring station that is chosen during setup in the UI. The data is fetched from the vendor's cloud, so an internet connection is needed. The integration also reports its status in Home Assistant's system information and can download a diagnostics file for bug reports.
