About

Control4 is a built-in integration that connects Home Assistant to a Control4 home automation system. It communicates locally and exposes Control4 devices as climate, cover, light and media entities. Home Assistant can detect the system on the network and offer to add it on its own. Setup is done in the UI and asks for the IP address, username and password. An option sets how many seconds pass between updates. Nothing extra needs to be installed, since it ships with Home Assistant.
