About

Soft Theme is a simple soft-styled theme for Home Assistant dashboards. It continues two earlier projects, a light and a dark soft UI theme for Lovelace, and keeps some of their core colors. Compared with those predecessors, it depends less heavily on card-mod and makes use of newer Home Assistant features. The README still notes that it relies on card-mod, and it describes both a light and a dark version of the interface. It is installed through the Marketplace, or through HACS on version 2026.10 and older.
