About
L'eau d'Ile-de-France is a custom integration that pulls water meter data from the SEDIF customer portal into Home Assistant. It adds sensors for the meter reading, the daily consumption and the date of the latest data available from the portal. Each contract linked to the account appears as its own device, found automatically after signing in with the portal email and password. Historical consumption is imported as external statistics with the correct dates, so the Energy dashboard can attribute water usage to the right day. Estimated readings are left out of the statistics to avoid double counting. It depends on the vendor's cloud and scrapes the portal rather than using an API, so changes to the website may break it, and a repair notice appears when the portal is unreachable.
