About
Flume is a built-in Home Assistant integration for Flume water monitoring through the vendor's cloud. It adds binary sensors for high flow and leak detection, plus sensors for water use over several periods such as the current day, week and month, the last 60 minutes, 24 hours and 30 days, and the current reading. It also provides an action that returns a list of fetched user notifications from the account. Setup happens in the UI with the Flume username, password, client ID and client secret, and Home Assistant can spot the device on the network and offer to add it. A reauthentication step asks for the password again if the account login needs refreshing.
