About
Belgian Water Prices is an integration that exposes the water price for Belgian drinking-water customers. It covers VIVAQUA in Brussels, De Watergroep and Pidpa in Flanders, and SWDE and inBW in Wallonia, and follows each region's bill structure, including water, sewerage, fixed fees and VAT. Tariffs are fetched from each utility's own published page or PDF, so the integration needs a cloud connection. It adds sensors for the yearly fixed fee, basis, comfort and sewerage rates, and projected and current year costs, plus a button to refresh the tariff. Settings cover annual consumption, a water meter sensor, and, for Flanders, registered residents and the social tariff. Setup runs in the UI with a postcode, which picks the utility automatically.

From the README
Home Assistant integration that exposes the total annual water bill for Belgian drinking-water customers, taking into account every component (drinkwater + saneringsbijdragen + redevance + VAT) and the regional bill structure of each operator: Brussels linear, Flemish integrale waterprijs (basis/comfort blocks), and Walloon CWaPE tiers.
Tariffs are fetched live from each utility's own published page or PDF.
- Live tariff publications — prices come straight from each utility's HTML page or PDF tariefplan; no EUR values live in this repo.
- Whole-bill view — drinkwater + sanering + redevance + VAT all add up to a single EUR/year sensor that mirrors what you actually pay.
- Flemish integrale waterprijs — VMM block structure (basis up to 30 + 30·persons m³, comfort = 2× basis above), per-resident vastrecht korting, and the 80 % social-tariff reduction.
- Walloon CWaPE tiers — first 30 m³ at 0.5·CVD + FSE (CVA exempt on the residential first block), 31 to 5 000 m³ at full CVD + CVA + FSE, above 5 000 m³ at 0.9·CVD + CVA + FSE, plus the…
- Brussels linear — VIVAQUA's single-rate domestic tariff plus the annual fixed fee, less the Region's yearly intervention sociale for a household with BIM status.
- Postcode auto-resolution — enter your postcode and the right utility is picked automatically. Fall through to a manual picker for the long tail.
