About
Chores4Kids is a chores system for families that combines a Home Assistant integration with a Lovelace card. The integration stores children, tasks, points, an optional reward shop and purchase history as entities and services, and runs locally with no cloud. The card has an admin view for parents, a kid view for each child and an overview of recent tasks. Tasks move from assigned through in progress and awaiting approval to approved or rejected, with optional deadlines, early bonus points, weekly or monthly repeats and auto-assign to children. Children earn points shown on an optional scoreboard, and can spend them in a reward shop whose items can run Home Assistant actions on purchase. It is added through the Home Assistant interface.
