About
GLS is a Home Assistant integration that tracks GLS parcels by tracking number, with no GLS account needed. It adds summary sensors for incoming parcels, next delivery, parcels en route to a ParcelShop, parcels awaiting pickup, delivered parcels and the last successful update, plus a deliveries calendar and a refresh button. Parcels can be added or removed through the integration options or through track and untrack actions, using either the parcel number or the short tracking ID. Device triggers fire when a parcel is registered, changes status, is delivered, or has its expected delivery time changed, so automations can start from them. An option can add a per-parcel status history attribute, and another filters delivered parcels by days or by most recent count. Setup is done in the UI by choosing a country and postal code, and the integration relies on the vendor's cloud.
