About

Schulferien is an integration that exposes school holidays and public holidays as entities for automations. It gets its data from the OpenHolidays API, so it relies on a cloud service. It adds sensors for the current school holiday status, the status for tomorrow and the public holiday, plus binary sensors for school holidays, public holidays or both combined, each with a tomorrow variant. The integration can be added several times to follow different countries or regions, and each instance gets its own entity names based on country and region. Bridge days can be entered in a file and are read only when Home Assistant starts. It is set up in the UI.

Home Assistant-Integration, um Schulferien mithilfe der OpenHolidays-API als Entität für Automationen verfügbar zu machen. Zur Zeit noch auf eigene Gefahr verwenden, da ich hier auch viel über Home Assistant und Integrationen lerne. Die Releases sind getestet und funktionieren.
