About

Send WhatsApp Messages via WhatsPie is an integration that sends Home Assistant notifications to WhatsApp through the WhatsPie service. It adds a notifier and an action for sending a WhatsApp message, and messages can go to more than one recipient. Setup happens in the UI, where an API token, a WhatsApp phone number and a country code are entered. An options step lets the phone number and country code be changed later without reinstalling. The integration depends on the vendor's cloud, so messages are delivered through the WhatsPie API. Older YAML configuration is still supported, and errors and API responses are written to the Home Assistant logs.
