About
Ticker is a notification manager that routes Home Assistant alerts through a single notify service. It replaces separate calls to individual mobile app notifiers, so automations state what happened and Ticker picks the recipients. Routing follows each person's subscription for a category, which can be always, never, or conditional on zone, time, or entity state. Notifications that do not meet their conditions are queued and delivered once the conditions are met. It also supports action buttons per category, per-user snooze, shared device recipients with text-to-speech, and critical alerts on iOS and Android. It adds an admin panel and a user panel to the sidebar, and it is added through the UI as a local integration.

Ticker replaces scattered notify.mobile_app_* calls with a single ticker.notify service. Your automations declare what happened, and Ticker routes notifications to the right people based on their subscription preferences, location, time of day, and device state.
