About
Upcoming anniversary is a Home Assistant integration that tracks yearly repeating events such as anniversaries. It adds a sensor whose state is the number of days until the first upcoming event in a defined list. Attributes carry related details, including a sorted list of all events and the closest event's icon, name and anniversary. Events are defined in the sensor configuration, and an event whose date does not match the chosen date format is ignored and a warning is logged. It works locally, and the README suggests showing the upcoming event on a dashboard with a custom button card, optionally combined with a conditional card.
