What it does
Controls lights and a media player from an IKEA E2490 BILRESA scroll wheel, using either Zigbee2MQTT or ZHA. The wheel changes light brightness, volume, colour temperature or hue by scroll mode. You pick the controller, a target light, and optional helpers and button actions.
