# Frosted Glass Theme

Frosted Glass Theme is a Home Assistant theme that gives dashboards transparent, blurred glass-style cards. It comes in Light and Dark modes, plus Lite editions that drop the blur for older or low-end devices while keeping transparent card backgrounds and glass edges. Popups in the Lite editions stay opaque for readability. The design uses rounded corners, minimal shadows and matching color palettes. It needs either UIX or card-mod to render the glass styling, and only one of the two should be installed. Bubble Card, Navbar Card, Mushroom and several other custom cards have dedicated styling, and a separate Theme Manager lets users pick their own colors and background.
