# Afvalwijzer

Afvalwijzer is an integration that provides waste collection sensors for some Dutch waste collectors. It adds sensors for waste types such as organic waste (GFT), glass, paper, plastic, PMD, residual waste and Christmas trees, plus an optional calendar. It relies on the vendor's cloud to get the data. Setup is done in the UI, using the collector, postal code, house number, suffix and street name. Options cover showing the full timestamp, including today's pickup, a default label when no data is available, a list of waste types to exclude, and a separate calendar for each waste type. The README lists several municipalities that are not supported, such as Texel, Vlieland and Weert.
