It has 57 installs sharing analytics, needs the vendor's cloud and was last updated October 26, 2026. SHMÚ Weather is an unofficial integration that brings Slovak weather data from the Slovak Hydrometeorological Institute into Home Assistant. It provides a weather entity with current conditions from a chosen SHMÚ station, plus daily and hourly forecasts from the ALADIN model. Sensors cover temperature, humidity, pressure, wind, precipitation, snow depth, visibility and ground temperature, depending on what the chosen station measures. A separate rain gauge sensor reports the gauge nearest the measurement location, and optional upper air values such as freezing level are disabled by default. A binary sensor turns on while a SHMÚ CAP warning polygon covers the measurement location, and radar is offered as still images, loops and a frame selector. Synoptic stations (★) report the most information.
