Tuya Cloud HA Bridge exposes Home Assistant devices in the Tuya app through a virtual gateway in Tuya Cloud. Home Assistant entities are attached to that gateway as sub-devices, so they can be controlled from the app and used with its automation and voice features. Both sides are kept in sync in real time over Tuya Link MQTT, which means the integration depends on the vendor's cloud. Supported entity types include lights, switches, fans, climate, covers, humidifiers, vacuums and water heaters. Setup runs in the Home Assistant interface, where a Tuya Cloud API key is pasted in and a QR code is scanned with the Tuya app to bind the gateway.
