It has 1.4k installs sharing analytics, works locally and was last updated October 26, 2026. Unraid is a Home Assistant integration that monitors and controls an Unraid server through its GraphQL API. It adds sensors for CPU, memory, swap, array, parity and disk status, plus binary sensors for items such as parity validity, safe mode and mover activity. Switches start and stop the array, parity checks, Docker containers and virtual machines, and buttons pause or resume parity checks and update containers. UPS monitoring covers battery level, load and runtime, and a power sensor for the Energy Dashboard needs the nominal wattage entered in the options. An optional setting creates update entities for Docker containers, and an events entity reports Unraid notifications. No vendor cloud in between. - **From the Marketplace**: Installed through the Marketplace, formerly HACS. - **Actively maintained**: Its author released or pushed a change in the last six months. ## Setting it up Install it from the Marketplace and restart Home Assistant, then add it under Settings, Devices and services. ### Connect to Unraid - **Host**: IP address (for example, 192.168.1.100) or hostname/domain of your Unraid server. - **Port**: HTTP port number (default: 80). Secure connections are handled automatically. - **API key**: Generate in Unraid Settings → Management Access → API Keys. Requires ADMIN role. ### Reauthenticate Unraid - **API key**: Generate a new API key in Unraid Settings → Management Access → API Keys ### Reconfigure Unraid - **Host**: IP address or hostname of your Unraid server. - **Port**: HTTP port number (default: 80). Secure connections are handled automatically. - **API key**: API key with ADMIN role permissions. ### After setup - **Enable container update sensors**: When enabled, creates an update entity for each Docker container to track available image updates. Disable if you manage container updates externally or don't need update notifications. - **UPS capacity (VA)**: Optional. Your UPS VA rating (e.g., 1000 for a 1000VA UPS). Shown in sensor attributes for reference. - **UPS nominal power (W)**: Required for UPS Power sensor. Enter the Watts value from your UPS specs. If Unraid only shows VA, check your UPS label or estimate using VA × 0.6.
