It has 99 installs sharing analytics, works locally and was last updated October 17, 2026. Oral-B Live is a local Home Assistant integration for Oral-B iO toothbrushes and iO Sense chargers. It adds sensors for live brushing timer, pressure, pacer and mode, and keeps the latest session summary and daily session count. Battery, brush-head, display and charger diagnostics are also exposed where the device supports them, without using the Oral-B cloud. A connection option sets how data is collected: through the iO Sense charger, which leaves the brush available to the charger and phone app, or directly from the toothbrush for the fastest updates. Direct mode blocks the charger display and phone app from connecting, because the brush accepts only one Bluetooth client at a time.
