# LG Horizon

> LG Horizon is a Marketplace integration for Home Assistant. It has 582 installs sharing analytics, needs the vendor's cloud and was last updated July 26, 2026.

LG Horizon is a custom integration that controls LG Horizon set-top boxes from several TV providers. The providers listed are Ziggo, Magenta, UPC, Virgin and Telenet, and the integration talks to the vendor's cloud. It adds a media player for each physical box in the account, a sensor for used recording capacity when recording is enabled, and a media browser for recordings. Actions cover starting a recording, rewinding, fast forwarding, sending a remote key press, showing a message on the box, and skipping an ad break during recorded playback. Options include channel sort order, excluded channels, and whether an app may be stopped so notifications can appear. Setup runs in the UI, asks for a password or a refresh token depending on the provider, and needs HACS or the Marketplace.
