It has 2k installs sharing analytics and was last updated October 13, 2026. Gree A/C is a climate integration that controls air conditioners supporting the Gree protocol. It talks to the units directly over their IP address on the local network, rather than through Gree's servers like the mobile app does after initial setup. Besides the climate entity, it adds a temperature step number, an external temperature sensor selector, outside temperature and room humidity sensors, and switches for features such as X-Fan, lights, health, power save, sleep and anti direct blow. Options cover HVAC modes, fan modes, vertical and horizontal swing modes, a temperature sensor offset and an availability check toggle. Setup runs in the UI with discovery or manual entry, and devices on other VLANs can be found by entering networks or host addresses.
