It has 2.9k installs sharing analytics, needs the vendor's cloud and was last updated October 21, 2026. MercedesME 2020 is a custom integration that connects Mercedes-Benz cars to Home Assistant through the vendor's cloud. It adds binary sensors, buttons, covers, presence, locks, sensors and switches, and which of them appear depends on the car and the purchased Mercedes-Benz licenses. Buttons start and stop preclimate, sound the horn and flash the lights, while covers handle the windows and switches control auxiliary heating and pre-entry climate control. Many actions are provided as well, such as locking and unlocking doors, starting and stopping the engine, charging and battery settings, and preconditioning with a departure time. Some commands need a security PIN created in the mobile app, which can be entered in the options. Setup is done in the UI with region, Mercedes account login and a TAN code sent by email or SMS.
