# Jablotron Cloud

Jablotron Cloud is a custom integration that monitors and controls Jablotron alarm systems through the MyJablotron cloud. It covers alarm sections, programmable gates and temperature sensors, exposed as alarm, binary sensor, climate, sensor and switch entities. It needs no direct connection to the alarm control panel, because it talks to the vendor's cloud using the MyJablotron account username and password. A section is shown as triggered when the cloud reports an active alarm event naming that section, and only the matching section changes state. Detection relies on polling, so an alarm silenced before the next poll can be missed. Setup is done in the UI, where a default PIN for gates, section error bypass, update interval and update timeout can be set.
