# HealthSync

> HealthSync is a Marketplace integration for Home Assistant. It has 139 installs sharing analytics, works locally and was last updated October 11, 2026.

HealthSync is an integration that receives Apple Health data pushed from the HealthSync iOS app into Home Assistant. It listens on a webhook and works locally, with no cloud, polling or external dependencies. The data appears as sensors for steps, heart rate, sleep, body measurements, activity totals and sync status, plus a separate workouts device. Heart rate, HRV, VO2 max and weight also get hourly long-term statistics dated to when each reading was recorded, which can be shown in a Statistics Graph card. Each sample also fires an event for use in automations, and an optional shared secret makes the integration reject payloads that lack it. Setup is done in the UI, and the integration needs the Marketplace.

## From the README

> Companion integration for the HealthSync iOS app. The app reads Apple Health data (steps, heart rate, HRV, sleep, active calories, workouts) and pushes it to Home Assistant; this integration receives those pushes on a webhook and exposes them as sensor entities. Local push only — no cloud, no polling, no external dependencies.
