# Homely

> Homely is a Marketplace integration for Home Assistant. It has 50 installs sharing analytics, needs the vendor's cloud and was last updated October 26, 2026.

Homely is an unofficial integration that monitors Homely alarm systems through the vendor's cloud. It is read-only, so it reports alarm, lock, sensor, battery and connection states but cannot arm, disarm, lock or unlock anything. It adds alarm panels, state-only locks, binary sensors for motion, contact, fire, tamper and flood, and sensors such as temperature, battery voltage, link quality and energy consumption. A number entity sets the meter multiplier for energy meters. Updates arrive live over WebSocket events, with periodic API synchronization and cached state during restarts or short outages. Several homes can be added, and Repairs notices appear when devices are no longer reported. Setup is done in the UI with the Homely account email and password.
