It has 441 installs sharing analytics, needs the vendor's cloud and was last updated October 27, 2026. Oura Ring is a Home Assistant integration that reads Oura Ring data through Oura's v2 cloud API with OAuth2 sign-in. It adds sensors for sleep, readiness, activity, heart rate, stress and workouts, plus binary sensors for rest mode and ring charging. On first setup it imports a configurable span of past data into long-term statistics, stamped with the original dates, so history charts show earlier values. A daily reconcile re-imports a recent window so data that Oura syncs late lands on the correct date, and an action can run the same re-import by hand. Options cover the update interval, the months of history to load, and the reconcile window. Features missing from a ring or membership stay unavailable, and setup runs in the UI with Oura application credentials.
