It has 396 installs sharing analytics, needs the vendor's cloud and was last updated October 1, 2026. Tuya Unsupported Sensors adds sensors that the main Tuya and Smart Life integration does not support to Home Assistant. It creates devices with sensor and binary sensor entities, and they are read only. Unlike Tuya Local and Local Tuya, it talks to the vendor's cloud API, so a Tuya developer API key is needed. It is set up in the UI, and devices are picked in a setup step, with an options step for adding more devices later. The README says the integration keeps supporting devices and datapoints already mapped, while new device requests are no longer taken because Tuya quirks in core Home Assistant are the preferred route. Repair notices cover API authentication failures and failed discovery, and a diagnostics download is available for bug reports.
