It has 331 installs sharing analytics, works locally and was last updated October 27, 2026. Pentair IntelliCenter connects a Pentair IntelliCenter pool control system to Home Assistant over the local network. It talks to the controller directly with no cloud service, using either a TCP or a WebSocket connection, and receives pushed state changes instead of polling. It provides binary sensors, climate, covers, lights, numbers, selects, sensors, switches and water heaters, covering pools, spas, pumps, heaters, chemistry and schedules. Actions for MagicStream lights capture, hold and recall a color and toggle the thumper effect, and another action synchronizes two GloBrite lights in a light group on one firmware version. It warns about firmware with documented problems through Repairs notices, and the controller is found automatically on the network. WebSocket (port 6680) may be more reliable in some network configurations.
