It has 1.8k installs sharing analytics, needs the vendor's cloud and was last updated May 15, 2026. Hildebrand Glow (DCC) is an integration that reads energy data from UK SMETS smart meters through the Hildebrand Glow API. It adds sensors for each smart meter on the account, covering today's usage in kWh, today's total cost in GBP, the current daily standing charge and the current tariff rate. The standing charge and rate sensors are disabled by default, and the usage and cost sensors keep showing the previous day's figures until shortly after 01:00. Data is polled every 15 minutes, and tariff data every 60 minutes. It is a community fork of an abandoned earlier project, relies on the vendor's cloud, and is added in the UI by entering the Glow account email and password. The original from (HandyHat) of this project is now declared as abandoned, so after the local tweaks Ive been making over the last 24 months, and into the future, I decided to create my own fork, and release it.
