# RTE Tempo

> RTE Tempo is a Marketplace integration for Home Assistant. It has 2.3k installs sharing analytics, needs the vendor's cloud and was last updated October 18, 2026.

RTE Tempo is a Home Assistant integration that brings Tempo day colors from RTE into calendars and sensors. It adds a calendar covering one year, and an option lets events use real hours starting at 06:00 instead of all-day entries. Sensors report the current and next day color as text and as emoji, count past and remaining days for each color, and give the date and time of the next color change and of the current cycle. Further sensors relate to off-peak hours, which helps when building automations, and some are enum type for the same reason. Data comes from the RTE cloud API, so an API application is needed, and setup in the UI asks for its client ID and client secret. It is added through the Marketplace as a custom repository and requires Home Assistant 2023.1.0 or newer.
