# The Israel Meteorological Service integration

> The Israel Meteorological Service integration is a Marketplace integration for Home Assistant. It has 190 installs sharing analytics, needs the vendor's cloud and was last updated October 22, 2026.

The Israel Meteorological Service integration brings weather data from the Israel Meteorological Service into Home Assistant. It provides a weather entity, sensors, and binary sensors for rain and for an active weather warning. Current conditions include temperature, feels-like temperature, humidity, wind speed, and rain status, along with forecasts for today and the next four days. Sensors are optional, and the weather entity alone can be selected, with a choice of which conditions get sensors. Settings cover the city, the language, the forecast mode, the image download path, and the update interval, which is not recommended below 15 minutes. It relies on the vendor's cloud, is set up in the UI, and includes an action that returns coordinator data for debugging.

- **Minutes to wait between updates. Reducing this below 15 minutes is not recommended.**
- **Weather Entity and/or Sensor Entity. Sensor will create entities for each condition at each time. If unsure, only select Weather!**
- **Monitored conditions to create sensors for. Only used if sensors are requested.**
