# Album Slideshow Camera

> Album Slideshow Camera is a Marketplace integration for Home Assistant. It has 613 installs sharing analytics, needs the vendor's cloud and was last updated October 26, 2026.

Album Slideshow Camera turns photo albums, self-hosted libraries, or local folders into a Home Assistant camera slideshow. Sources include Immich, Google Photos, PhotoPrism, local folders, and Media Source, and it connects to the vendor's cloud where a hosted service is used. It adds a camera along with buttons, numbers, selects, sensors, switches, and text entities, so timing, ordering, and date filters can be changed live. A bundled dashboard card handles transitions, captions for date, location, description, clock, and weather, and optional navigation controls. Photos can be hidden and restored per slideshow without changing the source library. Location lookups through OpenStreetMap are opt-in, with an option to hide the home country, and Immich videos and Live Photos can play in the card. Setup is done in the UI.
