# HP Printer

> HP Printer is a Marketplace integration for Home Assistant. It has 1.6k installs sharing analytics, works locally and was last updated February 6, 2026.

HP Printer is a Marketplace integration that reads status and usage data from an HP printer over the local network. It adds binary sensors for connection state, general status, and ePrint status and registration. It also adds sensors for page totals such as color pages, double-sided pages, pages from the scanner glass and pages from the document feeder, plus jam counts. Other sensors cover supply details such as level, remaining amount, type and station, along with port type and installation date. Setup happens in the UI by entering the host, a name, a port number and whether SSL is used. Options allow changing the update interval, and a diagnostics download is available for bug reports.
