# Dreo

Dreo is a cloud-based integration for controlling and monitoring Dreo smart devices from Home Assistant. It covers fans, air conditioners, ceiling fans and humidifiers, exposed through climate, fan, humidifier, light, number, select, sensor and switch entities. Fan features described include power, preset modes, speed levels that vary by model, and oscillation, with smart follow mode and ambient lighting on select models. The README says nearly every Dreo model is supported, with only the KCM001 and KCM002 devices left out. Setup is done in the UI with the Dreo account email and password, and the integration is installed through the Marketplace, or HACS on 2026.10 and older. Both beta and stable release channels are offered.
