# Stromer e-bike

> Stromer e-bike is a Marketplace integration for Home Assistant. It has 60 installs sharing analytics, needs the vendor's cloud and was last updated October 26, 2026.

Stromer e-bike is a Home Assistant integration that reads status and position data from Stromer e-bikes through the vendor's cloud. It adds sensors for battery, battery health, temperatures, bike speed, GPS speed, assistance level and trip averages, plus binary sensors for light mode, bike lock and a theft flag. Switches for the lock and the light let the bike be controlled, and the light switch may toggle between dim and bright depending on bike type. A button resets the trip data. Data is fetched every 10 minutes, and accounts with several bikes are added one bike at a time. Setup runs in the UI and asks for the Stromer username, password and the app's client ID, which has to be obtained by intercepting the app's traffic; a client secret is optional.

## From the README

> Looking for Homey instead of Home Assistant and/or if you need more detailed information on how to get your credentials, @wdool created Stromer for Homey using information in this repo but has extensive information on how to connect. Very nice that Homey users can now also track and automate their favorite bike(s).
