It has 155 installs sharing analytics, works locally and was last updated February 23, 2026. Maint is an integration that tracks recurring home maintenance tasks and works locally. Each task gets a binary sensor that turns on when the task is due, and a summary sensor per entry reports how many tasks are currently due. Schedules can repeat every set number of days, weeks or months, or follow a weekly pattern on chosen weekdays with a spacing in weeks. A built-in Maintenance panel is added for creating, editing, deleting and completing tasks. A due event fires when a task becomes due, and an action sets a task's last completed date to today or a given date, which can be used in automations. An optional setting syncs tasks to a calendar, using an existing calendar by name or creating a local one. It is set up in the UI and needs the Marketplace.
