# Libratone Zipp

> Libratone Zipp is a Marketplace integration for Home Assistant. It has 56 installs sharing analytics, works locally and was last updated October 8, 2025.

Libratone Zipp is an integration that controls a Libratone Zipp speaker from Home Assistant over the local network. It adds a media player for the speaker, with playback status, play, pause, stop, next and previous, plus volume setting and reading. A sound mode (voicing) can be set using readable names, and the speaker can be put into standby. It also reads the current title and sub-title, and several speakers can be managed at once. Setup happens in the UI by entering the speaker's IP address and an optional name. Known bugs include a missing pause button when playing over Bluetooth, and an unknown state after a restart until music is played.
