It has 1k installs sharing analytics, needs the vendor's cloud and was last updated June 19, 2026. Dipartimento Protezione Civile is an integration that brings Civil Protection meteo-hydro alerts into Home Assistant. It provides a vigilance bulletin sensor and a criticality sensor (DPC Alert), along with binary sensors, and it reads data from the vendor's cloud. The sensor state is the highest alert level, and attributes carry other alerts or forecasts for the coming 12 to 48 hours for vigilance and 12 to 24 hours for criticality. A monitored point is set by name, latitude and longitude, with options for update interval, minimum warning level and radius. A municipality name can be given instead, in which case data is looked up by that name rather than by coordinates. It is set up in the UI, and each location can be added only once.
