# Medisana Blood Pressure BLE

> Medisana Blood Pressure BLE is a Marketplace integration for Home Assistant. It has 59 installs sharing analytics, works locally and was last updated October 25, 2026.

Medisana Blood Pressure BLE is an integration that reads measurements from Medisana blood pressure monitors over Bluetooth LE. It connects actively to the device and works locally, without a cloud service. It adds sensors for systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, pulse, measurement date, user and battery level. Home Assistant discovers the device on its own once data is received through a Bluetooth proxy, and then offers to add it. Setup is done in the user interface, and the integration is installed through the Marketplace.
