It has 56 installs sharing analytics, works locally and was last updated September 12, 2026. APC UPS Modbus is an integration that monitors APC Smart-UPS devices over Modbus/TCP with optional SNMP data. It runs locally and standalone, so it does not need NUT or APCUPSD, and it is set up in the UI. It adds sensors for input and output voltage, current and frequency, battery charge and runtime, load percentage, temperature, firmware and fault status bits. Energy counters are exposed in kWh for the Energy Dashboard and keep continuity across hardware resets and rollovers. Device profiles include Legacy Smart-UPS, SMT/SMX/SRT, SmartConnect and NetShelter Rack PDU, and they are detected from read-only Modbus probes.
