# Waze Travel Time

> Waze Travel Time is a built-in integration for Home Assistant. It has 10.5k installs sharing analytics and needs the vendor's cloud.

Waze Travel Time is a built-in integration that reports travel time between an origin and a destination using Waze. It adds sensors to Home Assistant that show the estimated trip duration, and it relies on the vendor's cloud service to get route data. Setup happens in the UI, where a destination, a name, an origin and a region are chosen. Options let a route avoid ferries, toll roads, or roads needing a vignette or subscription, and allow a street to be required or excluded. Other settings cover realtime travel time, a time delta, units, vehicle type, and base coordinates used to pick the closest match when an address has several locations. An action called Get travel times returns route alternatives and travel times between two locations.
