# VeSync

> VeSync is a built-in integration for Home Assistant. It has 13.1k installs sharing analytics and needs the vendor's cloud.

VeSync is a built-in integration that connects VeSync devices to Home Assistant through the vendor's cloud. It is set up in the UI by entering the email address and password of a VeSync account. Devices appear as fans, humidifiers, lights, switches, sensors, numbers, selects, binary sensors and updates. Sensors cover air quality, filter lifetime, current power, voltage and temperature, along with energy use over several periods and cooking status, set time and set temperature. Humidifier controls include a mist level setting and a night light level choice, while binary sensors report low water and a lifted water tank. Switches handle options such as child lock, display and auto off, and an action adds newly found VeSync devices to Home Assistant.
