# Verisure

> Verisure is a built-in integration for Home Assistant. It has 2.5k installs sharing analytics and needs the vendor's cloud.

Verisure is a built-in integration that connects Home Assistant to Verisure home security systems through the vendor's cloud. It adds alarms, binary sensors, cameras, locks, sensors and switches, including an Ethernet status sensor. Actions can capture a new image from a SmartCam and enable or disable autolock on a Lockguard Smartlock. An option sets the number of digits in the PIN code used for locks. Sign-in uses a Verisure My Pages account, with a verification code step when two-step verification is on, and setup is done in the UI. Home Assistant can also discover it on the network and offer to add it.
