# Shopping list

> Shopping list is a built-in integration for Home Assistant. It has 431k installs sharing analytics and works locally.

Shopping list is a built-in Home Assistant integration that keeps a shopping list which works locally. It adds a to-do list entity that holds the items, and it is set up in the UI. Actions cover adding an item, removing the first item with a matching name, and sorting all items by name. Items can be marked complete or incomplete one by one by name, or all at once, and completed items can be cleared from the list in a single action. It also brings its own voice commands to Assist.

- **Add shopping list item**: Adds an item to the shopping list.
  Fields: Name
- **Clear completed shopping list items**: Removes completed items from the shopping list.
- **Complete all shopping list items**: Marks all items as completed in the shopping list (without removing them from the list).
- **Complete shopping list item**: Marks all items with matching name as completed in the shopping list. Skips items that are already complete.
  Fields: Name
- **Incomplete all shopping list items**: Marks all items as incomplete in the shopping list.
- **Incomplete shopping list item**: Marks the first item with matching name as incomplete in the shopping list.
  Fields: Name
- **Remove shopping list item**: Removes the first item with matching name from the shopping list.
  Fields: Name
- **Sort shopping list**: Sorts all items by name in the shopping list.
  Fields: Sort reverse
